    Join experienced guide and Librarian Brian Story, for a once-monthly guided meditation this Summe,  with introductions to creative visualization,  mindfulness, breathing, shifting energy and techniques on gaining focus for success. In today’s world of fast-moving media, concentration can be difficult. Many mindfulness activities encourage sustained focus, which can assist in developing this skill. This group will be for ages 10-17. Come chill with us on a Summer Saturday to learn tips and tricks from the FX Pro's. We'll cover the do's and do-not's of special effects makeup, hygiene, how to get started, how pro's make monsters jump to life, and some of the tricks the kids can use to improve their costumes/makeup at home.
